Where exactly to meet
Type the venue postcode above and the map centres there. Drag the pin to the exact gate, court or café.
Attendees see this with a Directions link to the exact spot, and get your "I'm here" message on the day. Your phone number is never shown.
Groups of 3 or more, or a verified pair. Two people can meet only when both are ID-verified; otherwise the minimum is 3, so there is always someone else there. Set the minimum below the group size and the event goes ahead at the deadline once that many are in, even if not full.
Refunds · you decide, above the floor
Everyone is always refunded in full if the event is cancelled or doesn't run. Shown on the event page, not in the listing.

If an attendee ever disputes that the event happened, Circle emails the venue this reference and asks them to confirm with one click. That settles it without anyone's word against anyone's.

How Circle Us Up works
Over-18s only. Verification is optional: match photo ID to a selfie and you get a blue tick, and hosts can limit an event to verified members. No swiping. Chat only inside events you share. You can see who nearby is looking to play, and the only thing you can do is invite them to an event. You meet people by turning up and playing. Events are at public venues. Each event has its own small WhatsApp group, visible only once you have taken a spot.

Reported
Everyone's refunded.
The host gets a strike and a person reviews this, normally within 24 hours. If the court was booked, the group can still play: hosting passes to whoever is there.
Report or block
Who, and what happened?
Reporting also blocks: you won't see each other's events or profiles again, and they are paused while a person reviews the report, normally within 24 hours. They're told why and can appeal. Blocking without reporting is below.
